Hello my name
is Philippe Manon. I am a man of the sea. Passionate
person of fishing and navigation, the Mediterranean Sea gets me a lot of
happiness. Organizer of animations, this site redraws above all my contribution
in the protection of the maritime middle and in the associative
domain. |

For 13 years, I work in Port-Fréjus's harbour office (French Riviera) and
I feel well there.
Let with me be discovered this port colour sun situated between Cannes
and Saint-Tropez. |

To transform the Occidental Mediterranean Sea into sanctuary
for cetaceans, such is the objective of the operation
Delphis organized by RIMMO.
To Port-Fréjus, I coordinate operation for 7 years.
In 2002, we were 26 participating boats. |
|

Numerous sailors, our port, practise their passion, fishing
in sea, separately or between
affinities. Where from the idea to constitute a structure allowing to
establish a friendly contact among all these persons become since my
friends. And so was born, in 1992 , the Friendly one of the Fishermen - yachtmen
of Port-Fréjus. |

A common passion, the sea and the pleasure to
navigate, preferring the sail for some, the motonautism
for the others. Of the fact, the bonds of friendship sincere having built up itself among
us, idea came to us to share these intense moments with all the sailors.
Fréjus's
yacht club was inaugurated in 1999. Get
